7 Habit of highly effective people by Stephen R.Covey. Part 1
Our life is simply a set of Habits and a habit is an action repeated over and over until you don't need to think about such action. Some people, actually all the people including you who are reading this book, we all have a certain habit that we are not proud of, and we want to change that habit but we fail in the middle of the process because we don't have a strategy to replace that habit with the desired new habit. Due to this constant failing there some people who have just gave up and brought a concept that a habit is unchangeable but the author of 7 habit of highly effective people Stephen R. Covey prove them wrong because he showed a process of getting rid of bad habits and learning new habits. He named this book 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE.
Using this chain of command that he stated " sow a thought, reap an action, sow an action, reap a habit, sow a habit, reap a character, sow a character reap, reap a destiny" it is possible to learn and change a habit.
This book is divided into 3 helpful parts, which will help you develop yourself, to be more effective and to be more successful, those 3 main part are private victory, Public victory and Renewal, this book will mainly focus on how you can develop good habits with a developed methodology of replacing the old bad habits with the new good habits.
This book has helped a lot of people who are old, young, ignorant, wise, officials and many others.
All these habits which are In a total of 7 are working together to make you better and better as you develop them, they depend on each other and are interconnected.
The Author Stephen R. Covey wanted to focus on the way we see things, because the way we perceive, we analyses is all that makes a difference, you can shift from seeing Problems everywhere but see solutions and opportunities, instead of saying that it is impossible you can just say I can do it, it is a self-development book, it will shift you from one position to another, it will just come to your daily life and give advice, I mean that it is a shortcut to being a good successful person.
Like I mentioned early this book is made by three parts and these three parts are
Part 1 is Private victory that will encompass
Habit 1: Be Proactive
Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind
Habit 3: Put First Things First
Party two which will mostly focus on Public Victory
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
Habit 5: Seek first to understand, Then to be understood
Habit 6: Synergize
Part three which is Renewal
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
I got helped by this book a lot and that's it the main reason I am reviewing it so that it can help you too so that it can shift you from one point to another point. However I cannot say everything, I will just make a small review and what you need to do is go and read for further understanding and examples. Believe me, this book is so practical that after reading it you will not remain the same.
